Keith came to work for us at Four Brothers in August of 2011 and stayed with us for 7 years at which time he relocated to Maine. Since we are based in DC most of our work is large scale remodeling projects in old homes with intricate trim details we were often replicating to provide integrity throughout the home. Keith very quickly was promoted to a project manager position where he oversaw projects ranging from 100k-1.5 million. As well as supervising all the trades, managing clients and keeping them informed, Keith, with a crew of our employees would self perform all finish carpentry, cabinetry and built-ins on the projects he was working on. Throughout his tenure with us, Keith was also tasked with training all our new carpenters trim carpentry and cabinetry. Keith was always a team player and was always looking for ways to be more efficient while maintaining quality and cleanliness. He was very good with our clients and kept them informed and worked out problems along the way. We were very sad to lose him but also am very happy for the success he has found in Maine and I enjoy staying in touch as we have become good friends.
